1. The principle is simple and the granulation speed is fast. The fine powder materials can be continuously mixed and granulated in the machine by using the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force.
2. This machine is especially suitable for granulation of light and fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of fine powder materials are, the higher the sphericity of particles is and the better the quality of pellets is.
3. No binder is needed. Because organic particles can grow up and inlay with each other under a certain force, no binder is needed in granulation.
