When the granulator begins granulating, the main motor drives the belt pulley, which are driven to the driving shaft by the reduction gears, and works in opposite direction with the big gear ring. Then the raw fertilizer will be added into the drum from feed port.
Through a certain amount of water or steam, the base fertilizer is fully reacted in chemical way after being wet in the drum body; then through the special structure inside the drum granulator, the raw material is made into pellets, and finally flows out through the outlet. To dispose the return materials, we have screening machine to screen them out and return them into the rotary drum granulator again.
