Small compost turner
In small capacity organic fertilizer making factory, choosing economical compost turning equipment is very important. So we designed cost effective small scale compost turner.
The first one is groove type turning machine. Choosing these kind of turning machine, you need to build composting groove indoors. When working, the machine will move back and forth along the tracks on the groove walls. To improve its efficiency and prolong the working life, we use high hardness U-steel for the machine. The composting teeth can work steadily at least one year.

The second one is self-propelled compost turner. 4-wheel design makes it have high flexibility when working. Choose this kind of compost equipment, you don’t need to build composting grooves. That means it doesn’t have very high requirements for the workplace. You can use it indoors or outdoors. Before composting, you just need to pile up the fertilizer materials into long windrows on flat ground. Then a man is needed to drive the moving type compost turner to compost the fertilizer materials.
4-wheel type small capacity compost turner
The last one is forklift type turning machine, it’s an innovative remolding of forklift. Based on the region function of forklift, we designed a cover board and many composting teeth in the bucket. When you want to compost fertilizer materials, you just need to open the board, the composting teeth can crush the materials with high speed. When you close the board, the machine is still a traditional forklift.

Large scale composting machine
As opposed to small scale compost turner is large capacity composting machine. In SX, we have three models manure compost machine for large quantities: SXCF-5000, SXLDF-3000 and wheel type compost turner.
SXCF-5000 is the groove type composting machine with 5 meters turning width and 0.8 meter turning depth. From the above introduction about groove type compost turner, you may wonder know why it’s also a kind of large composting machine. In fact, choosing this equipment for large scale composting, you just need to build more composting grooves. After finish working in the first groove, you can use a transfer vehicle to move the compost turner to next composting groove, and so on, you can get high quality composting fertilizer on large scale.

SXLDF-3000 is a kind of windrow turner machine. It’s known as crawler type compost turner. Like moving turner machine, it also needs a person to drive. As for this model used for large organic fertilizer composting, it can compost 1500m³ fertilizer materials per hour. It adopts auger type composting shaft and high hardness stirring teeth. When working, the materials can get evenly mixing and crushing, they can also get better contact with oxygen and decompose efficiently.

Wheel type compost turner is the specific machine designed for large size fertilizer composting plant. It’s maximum turning width can be 30m. The turning depth can be 1.5-3m. Choosing this machine, you just need to build one composting groove. To make sure the high performance, we use world-class bearing pedestal for the composting wheel. As a result, our large wheel compost turner consumes 70% less energy than the traditional compost turners. Moreover, it’s a customizable machine, we can make the suitable one according to your requirements.

Windrow composting equipment
When using windrow turners, you need to make the organic manures into long windrows with same width. This kind of fertilizer turning machine covers small area and has excellent efficiency. In SX, there are two types of windrow compost turners: self moving compost turner and crawler type compost turner. With semi automatic process, you can start or stop working at any time. Reasonable design and compact structure makes it very easy to operate and maintain.

Rapid composting machine
For fast composting of organic fertilizer materials, we designed in vessel composting equipment–fermentation tank. It’s the only equipment adopts anaerobic fermenting method.
Unlike other composting equipment, fermentation tank composts fertilizer materials in the enclosed tank. When working, you can use a forklift to feed the raw materials into the bucket elevator of the fermentation tank. Then the elevator can work automatically to add the materials into the composting machine.

Then the mixing shaft and composting knives work at a uniform speed. In only 10 hours, the machine can complete harmless treatment of raw materials. With temperature control system, the whole composting process only takes about 10 days. Even in cold summer, the whole process won’t be longer than 20 days. After composting, the machine can discharge fertilizer automatically without manpower.
